Fear Has Many Faces

Oh yes,  my dear potential subject. Fear has many faces, but one root. Since the pandemic, fear has multiplied. Subjects contact me often about fear of losing jobs, fear of health issues, fear in relationships, fear of failure. These fears seem different on the surface, but deep down, they share the same emotional signature: the body says “danger” when no real threat is present.

Fear

Fear often hides behind excuses. “I’m just being realistic.” “I’m not ready yet.” “What if it goes wrong?” These thoughts feel logical, but they’re fear wearing a mask. Once you recognize it, you can respond. Not with resistance, but with awareness, breath, and change. That is when true transformation can take place. Over the years, I have used the power of hypnosis to change the faces of my own fears that were masked as excuses deep inside trance. No, not just once but on countless occasions.

Anxiety

The power of hypnosis that I personally practice privately deep inside trance with subjects doesn’t delete fear; it unmasks it. Removing the social, insecure and societal mask completely. It slows things down so you can see what’s real and what’s just a leftover suggestion you picked up from childhood, media, or trauma. That moment of clarity? That’s the turning point. Because fear that’s seen is fear that can no longer hide in your decisions.
